2. We assist Architects and Owners to achieve an energy efficient, environmentally friendly and carbon neutrality facility.
3. We work on Building form, Building orientation, Building massing, Fenestration design, optimizing shading devices, Building fabrics daylight harvesting and water geology.

Mission

We believe in designing a self sustainable building where comfort is not compromised by diverse outer environment. We treat building as a living organism, and do understand its need (water, wind and light) and we are heading to achieve the ultimate; self lit and powered, thermally comfort, naturally ventilated and water self sufficient building.

Our Sustainability Approach

• Understand climate to meet the demands for energy and water
• Understand geography and hydro geology of the site to utilize fair share of the natural resources.
• Identify the potential renewable energy sources.
• Recognize forms and mass of the development scientifically.
• Assess the impacts of the development in terms of carbon emission and reduce the impacts by adopting high performing system to the buildings without compromising on the design quality and return on investment.
• Design passive and low energy building system
• Assess and compare the design v/s actual performance of the development in terms of energy, water and carbon.
