Mr. Mahesh is Founder and Managing Director at McD BERL. He currently overseas and manages the company’s day to day activities including research and development. He is specialized in the integrated design of low energy, environmentally responsive buildings. He has delivered on a wide range of projects such as GE India Technology Centre (JFWTC), Infosys, Volvo India, British Biological, Toyota Kirloskar, St.Joseph’s College, Sahara India Pariwar, Wockhardt Hospital, Building Delta (Zech republic), TVS, & many others. Prior to founding McD BERL, Mr. Mahesh worked with Design People as Associate Director. He has also worked with W.S. Atkins India (a UK company) and Venkataramanan Associates.

Mr. Chellappa serves as Director – Mechanical Engineering at McD BERL and is having 40 years of professional experience in the field of mechanical engineering involved in design, project planning and execution from concept to commission. He is specialized in HVAC, industrial piping, handling equipments, and Water & Waste water (ETP), plumbing services & fire suppression. Prior to joining McD BERL, Mr. Chellappa served as Head of Mechanical Division at ISRO and also served at SEMAC Pvt. Ltd, Venkataramanan Associates, WS Atkins India Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Chellappa holds an M Tech from IIT Kharagpur.

Mr. Arun Kumar serves as Director- Electrical engineering services at McD BERL and he is having 40 years of experience in electrical engineering services. Prior to joining McD BERL, Mr. Arunkumar worked with ISRO as chief engineer–electrical engineering services. He holds an Electrical Engineering Degree (BE).

Dr. Kashinath serves as Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) Specialist at McD BERL. He has advanced skills in all aspects of CFD modeling of internal and external flows in engineering consulting environment. He brings with him an experience of executing projects using ANSYS CFX 11.0, Fluent 6.3 & advanced meshing tools. A strong technical background with experience in consulting industry makes him a versatile and experienced engineer with a wide range of capabilities. Prior to joining McD BERL, Dr. Kashinath worked as CFD Process Engineer, Advanced Analysis at WorleyParsons Ltd, Melbourne, Australia and as a Project Engineer at Vipac Engineers & Scientists Ltd, Sydney, Australia. Dr. Kashinath holds Bachelor of Engineering Degree and a Phd from Univeristy of Sydney. He is also a Fellow Member of Chemical and Bio- molecular Engineering Foundation.

Mr. Ashok Sanadi serves as Lead – MEP and Sustainability at McD BERL. He has worked on wide range projects such as Techno polis, I labs, NCR Hyderabad, DCM Techno plaza New Delhi, Satyam Software campus Hyderabad, BTS – ITPL Bangalore, Infosys, Microsoft Hyderabad, Ticel Bio Park Chennai, Philips software, Accenture and many more. Prior to joining McD BERL, Mr. Ashok worked with Jurong international (a Singapore company) and DVP consultants. Mr. Ashok is a Chartered Engineer (C.Eng) and also a member at ISHRAE.

Ms. Sandhya serves as a Lead – Sustainability at McD BERL and also handles Business Development. Prior to joining McD BERL, Ms. Sandhya worked with Indian Institute of Science on RENET (Renewable Energy Network) as a project assistant. Ms. Sandhya holds a Bachelor Degree in Environmental Engineering.
