Green Certification and Regulatory Compliance

Building Energy Modelling

  • Integrated Design Assistance

  • Assist the integrated design process to effectively direct efforts to meet project performance goals
  • This approach is commonly taken to allow a building to achieve maximum efficiency, lower costs, and increase overall performance
  • It can also help achieve certification points if a building is seeking that certification
  • EEM Evaluation

  • Set goals and a methodology to track and reward improvements
  • Evaluate the impact of individual energy efficiency measures (EEMs) affecting the building design
  • Suggestion on different EEM’s for improved efficiency
  • Building Asset Rating
  • LEED Certification
  • Code Compliance

  • Study the different codes and standard required for the compliance
  • Identify the code requirement and design suggestion for compliance
  • Demonstrate compliance with the building energy code
  • Measurement and Verification

  • Develop a calibrated model representing the existing building to establish baseline conditions to support a Measurement & Verification approach
  • As built and Design parameters simulation to identify the opportunities for improvement
  • Certification Compliance

  • Energy modelling as per the certification system requirement
  • Suggestion on improvements to achieve the maximum points
  • Energy Modeling for tax rebatement compliance

Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Rating

  • All our certified projects have LEED Platinum rating
  • We don’t merely document the details; we analyze the data and Optimize the design for maximum efficiency and then document it
  • Most of our projects have achieved the distinction of energy savings more than the maximum point available
  • We build 100% Daylit Spaces which are glare free
  • All our projects have achieved water savings more than the maximum savings target limit
Green Certification and Regulatory Compliance-Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Rating

Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) Rating

  • Platinum Rated Building rating (for all our certified projects)
  • Maximum Savings in Energy and Water
  • Glare free and 100% Daylit Spaces
  • Enhanced indoor air quality
  • Quality Views which enhance productivity.

As green building facilitators, we develop the scope of work for sub-consultants and contractors, and ensure that the project earns applicable points required to achieve a green building status.

Green Rating for Integrated Habitat Assessment (GRIHA) Benchmark

  • 50% Reduction in water consumption
  • EPI 30 - 40% lesser than the GRIHA Benchmark
  • Higher FAR with GRIHA rating
  • Advisory service on various incentives
  • Facilitates compliance with various states and policy requirements
  • Enhance image and marketability

An innovation of the International Finance Corporation (IFC), EDGE helps property developers to build and brand green in a fast, easy, and affordable way. EDGE is supported by free software that encourages solutions to reduce energy, water and the energy used to make building materials by at least 20 percent, which is the standard for EDGE certification.

EDGE is a Certification System for New Residential and Commercial Buildings that enables Design Teams and Project Owners to assess highly Cost-Effective ways to incorporate Energy and Water Saving solutions in their buildings. EDGE helps to choose technical solutions while knowing the costs and estimated operational energy and cost savings. EDGE helps mitigate climate change by encouraging resource-efficient development.

The WELL Building Standard® (WELL) is administered by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI), a public benefit corporation whose mission is to improve human health and well-being through the built environment. IWBI was launched by Delos in 2013, following a Clinton Global Initiative commitment by Delos founder Paul Scialla to improve the way people live by developing spaces that enhance occupant health and quality of life by sharing WELL globally. It is the world’s first building standard focussed exclusively on human health and wellness. It marries best practices in design and construction with evidence-based medical and scientific research – harnessing the built environment as a vehicle to support human health and wellbeing. The WELL Building Standard sets performance requirements in seven categories relevant to occupant health in the built environment – Air, Water, Nourishment, Light, Fitness, Comfort and Mind, and is rated at 3 levels: WELL Silver, WELL Gold and WELL Platinum.
