The Coachillin’ Master Development Campus (MDC) is a large-scale project designed to support sustainable development in the cannabis industry. Our team provided MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) services, focusing on integrating energy-efficient systems and sustainable practices. 240 CPS School​

The 240 CPS School project is a sustainable educational facility designed with a focus on energy efficiency and environmental responsibility. Our team provided comprehensive MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) services, optimizing systems like HVAC, lighting, and water management. The school’s design ensures a comfortable learning environment while minimizing its environmental footprint through energy-efficient and sustainable solutions.

3 Times Square

The 3 Times Square project involved providing building energy simulation services for a retrofit analysis. Our team suggested energy conservation measures based on simulation data and compared the simulated results with the building management system (BMS) data over 8760 hours. This analysis helped identify opportunities for improved energy efficiency in the 2 lakh square foot building.
