Govardhan Eco Village
Govardhan Eco Village, located near Mumbai, is a model farm community and retreat center dedicated to sustainable living in harmony with nature. The project achieved a 60% reduction in water demand through the use of efficient fixtures, rainwater harvesting, and recycling treated wastewater. The site also utilizes Soil Biotechnology for wastewater treatment, further enhancing its sustainability. Taj Kanha
The Taj Kanha project is a 24-room eco-friendly resort spread over 24 acres near Kanha National Park. It features an innovative HVAC design with a two-skinned canvas roof and an insulated inner layer, utilizing a Passive Down Draft Evaporative Cooling (PDEC) system. This approach led to a 50% reduction in HVAC energy consumption, significantly lowering the air conditioning requirement per room from 12 TR to 5 TR. The project received the Emmerson Cup Award for its innovative air-conditioning system.
