- It is a residential retreat, for Yoga/Meditation teachers to bring in their students for in-depth practice, in an atmosphere of peace and serenity
- Only few cottages have been made to retain the natural vegetation and all the pavements and pathways were made permeable
- Natural undulations were used to acts as swale where the storm water can be retained and helps in underground water recharge
- Wetlands, Swales, Recharge pits are used to increase the groundwater table
